Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

At Rescu Swim'r, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible experience for our valued customers. With that in mind, we have developed a comprehensive returns policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or using our Contact page within 30 days of your purchase. Provide them with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Package the item securely, ensuring that it is in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation that came with it.
  4. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  5. Clearly write the provided RA# on the outside of the package.
  6. Drop your package to the nearest UPS Store. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number)
  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address instructed by our customer support team.
  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or a sizing issue, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
